What we do
TheMarketerForYou provides marketing services for home service businesses, which may include website design, SEO, AEO, funnels, custom video ads, Google Business Profile optimization, and competitor research. The exact work is whatever we agree to in your plan or proposal.
Plans and billing
Our plans are billed monthly. There are no long term contracts, so you can cancel before your next billing date. Any custom or one-time work will be quoted separately. Ad budgets you spend on platforms like Google or Meta are separate from our fees.
Results and expectations
We work hard to grow your business and we share real numbers from past work, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, like your market, pricing, and how quickly you follow up with leads. So we cannot promise specific results, rankings, or revenue. Anything we show is an example of past performance, not a guarantee of yours.
Your privacy
We keep your information private and never sell or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Text messaging program
If you opt in, TheMarketerForYou may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone or email contact unless you ask us to stop.
Ownership of work
Once your account is paid up, the final deliverables we create for you are yours to keep. We may show the work we did for you in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, TheMarketerForYou is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or our services means you accept the current terms.
